ToolPremier is built around one principle: the tools work, and your data stays yours. This policy explains exactly what information we collect, what we do with it, and — just as importantly — what we don’t.
Who we are
ToolPremier (toolpremier.com) is a free online tools platform offering image converters, PDF utilities, AI-powered editing tools, SEO tools, and developer utilities. The platform is operated from Pakistan.

What information we collect
Files you upload or process with our tools
Every tool on ToolPremier runs entirely in your browser. When you upload a file, paste text, or enter data into any tool on this site, that content is processed locally using JavaScript running on your own device — nothing is sent to our servers. We have no access to the files you work with, and nothing is stored on our end.
This applies to all tool categories on the site: image tools, PDF tools, AI tools, SEO tools, and developer tools.
Contact form submissions
When you send us a message through the contact form at toolpremier.com/contact/, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message content
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your details with third parties, or use your message for any purpose other than replying to you.
Server logs
When you visit any page on ToolPremier, our web server automatically records standard technical information:
- Your IP address
- Your browser type and version
- The pages you visited and the time of each visit
- The URL you came from (if any)
- HTTP response codes
These logs exist for technical and security purposes — diagnosing errors, identifying attack attempts, and monitoring server health. They are not used to identify or track individual visitors. Logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically.

How we use your information
We use the information described above for the following purposes only:
- Responding to contact form messages — We use your name and email to reply to your enquiry and nothing else.
- Security and server health — Server logs help us detect and block malicious traffic, prevent abuse, and keep the site running correctly.
- Google Search Console — We use Google Search Console, a webmaster tool that shows us how ToolPremier appears in Google Search results. It does not place any cookies on your browser and does not track your behaviour on our site.
We do not:
- Sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes
- Use your uploaded files or entered data for any purpose — because we never receive them
- Run advertising on the site
- Send marketing emails or newsletters
- Build profiles of individual users
- Use visitor tracking, behaviour analytics, or session recording tools
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser. ToolPremier uses only the minimal cookies required for the website to function correctly. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies.

No other cookies are set on visitor browsers. You will not see a cookie consent banner because we do not use cookies that require consent under GDPR or PECR.
Your cookie choices
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Since ToolPremier has no user accounts and no tracking, disabling cookies has no meaningful effect on your ability to use any tool on the site.
Third-party services
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to monitor how ToolPremier appears in Google Search — pages indexed, search queries that surface the site, and technical issues. This is a backend webmaster tool. It does not place cookies on your browser, does not track your activity on our site, and has no access to anything you do while using the tools. See Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.
Hosting
ToolPremier is hosted on a third-party web hosting provider. Your connection to our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. The hosting provider processes server logs as part of routine infrastructure operation under their own privacy practices.
Contact form email delivery
Messages submitted through our contact form are routed to our inbox via our email provider. We do not store contact form submissions in any third-party CRM or database platform.

Your rights
The only personal data ToolPremier holds about any visitor is contact form submissions (name, email, and message). If you have contacted us, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correction — Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
- Deletion — Ask us to delete your data from our records
- Objection — Object to our use of your information
For EU and EEA residents (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing contact form data is legitimate interest — specifically, responding to your enquiry. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
For California residents (CCPA): ToolPremier does not sell personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal data is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

Children’s privacy
ToolPremier is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us through the contact form, please email hello@toolpremier.com and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add new tools, change how the site operates, or are required to update it for legal reasons. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ToolPremier after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
