Yes. Toggle regex mode to use full regular expression patterns in the Find field. The replacement field also supports backreferences to capture groups — $1, $2 — so you can restructure matched content rather than just replacing it with a fixed string.
With whole-word matching enabled, the tool only finds the search term when it appears as a complete word — surrounded by spaces, punctuation, or text boundaries. For example, searching for “cat” with whole-word matching won’t match “catch” or “concatenate” — only standalone occurrences of “cat.”
